Policy

After placing an order, The customer will receive two emails. One confirmation email and once your order is prepared for shipping you will receive another  shipment email with tracking number included.  

 

PROCESSING TIME 

To process a order it typically takes 48 hours, This includes wigs, bundles, frontal and closures. SHIPPING and PROCESSING time are different.

 

SHIPPING TIME 

Bundles and closures :  Please allow 5-7 business days after the processing period to ship out your order in the U.S ( 9-14 business days outside the U.S.) We ONLY ship to PayPal verified addresses when using PayPal. 

WIGS: Please allow 7-10 business days after the  processing periods to ship out your order in the U.S (9-14 business days outside the U.S) 

******Billing and address must match or we will not ship. 

******Sale/ holiday : please expect delays during sales in holidays 

 

REFUNDD/RETURNS 

  • All sales are FINAL. Due to the nature of the product ( Hair extensions ) cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer for this reason all sales are FINAL, no refunds will be issued. 

  • Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items and the product is still good condition.

  • If you have placed an order and would like to cancel you order, please contact  us via email. cancellations are only accepted within the 24 hours of original purchase date. 

 

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES 

  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. you will not receive a refund. Your order will not be replaced. 

if you will not be home when on your expected arrival date, please contact your local USPS office to request to have your package held for you to pick it up.

 

All ORDERS  will require that your billing and shipping addresses MATCH.

Orders 0ver $225 will require a signature for delivery.
